This project is a full renovation of a prewar condominium on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The unit features four bedrooms and four baths, redesigned to bring a sense of luxury, comfort, and functionality to modern living while respecting the historic character of the building.

The scope includes a gut renovation with new layouts, upgraded MEP systems, and custom millwork throughout. Each bathroom was reimagined with timeless stone and fixtures, while the kitchen combines refined detailing and efficient planning to maximize storage and flow. From concept through construction, the design balances modern classic elegance with the practical needs of a growing family, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and enduring home.
